Monthly members are able to place a skip on their upcoming kit within their billing portal! Simply log in and navigate to the subscription, then click edit. The option to skip a kit will pop up on the next page.
Not a monthly member, or want us to handle it for you? Reach out to our team! We are able to place a hold on a membership for up to three months. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your account shipping name, email address, and the number of months (maximum of 3) you'd like to skip. Please submit your request by the 23rd of the month before the intended skipped month.
