If you received an error message that says: “No account found with that email.”:
--> We recently did a system update that required all members to create a new password to access the user portal. You can reset that password here: https://www.raddishkids.com/account/register. Be sure to use the same email address you used when you made your purchase. Also, please type your new password carefully! After completing that form, you will receive an email to activate your new account. Simply click the red “Activate my account” button in that email and follow the prompts.
If you receive an error message that says: “Incorrect email or password”:
--> Because this error message can be prompted by several scenarios, we recommend you reach out to our friendly customer service team for assistance here: email@example.com. Please put “Incorrect Email or Password” in the Subject line for faster assistance.
If you were gifted Raddish:
--> Please note that only the person who purchased Raddish has a registered account in our online user portal, and only registered accounts have access to Raddish+. You must use log in details for the account that purchased the active physical membership in order to access our digital platform. We do not currently have separate guest/giftee access available for Raddish+, but the purchaser is welcome to share access with the person they gifted to.
