Raddish+ is now included with your physical kit subscription! If you are having trouble accessing your Raddish+ account, be sure that your online account has been activated and a password has been set.
Please note that only the person who purchased Raddish has a registered account in our online user portal, and only registered accounts have access to Raddish+. You must use log in details for the account that purchased the active physical membership in order to access our digital platform. We do not currently have guest access for Raddish+.
- If you are seeing an error that states "Incorrect email or password", you can reset your password by clicking the reset password link and submitting your email address that is linked to your subscription purchase.
- If, upon resetting your password, you receive the error "No account found with that email", you have not yet activated your online account associated with your email address nor set a password. You will want to "Create an account" by visiting: https://www.raddishkids.com/account/register and register using the same email address linked to your purchase.
